Clubs punished for its fans who disrupted the match of Europa League.
French Lyon and Besiktas conditionally excluded from participation in European competitions by UEFA for one season with a probation period of two years, according to the UEFA website.
Also both clubs will also be forced to pay a fine in the amount of 100 thousand euros.
We will remind, on Thursday, April 13, before the match of 1/4 final of the Europa League, the fans of Besiktas fans threw firecrackers Lyon and other objects, after which the French were forced to seek shelter right on the field. In the end, the match was postponed for 45 minutes.
Later, UEFA have made accusations against both clubs: Lyon was accused of launching fireworks, blocking the stair passes, the unsatisfactory organization of a match and the exit of people on the field after the winning goal, Marseille, and Besiktas, in the use of illegal fireworks, throwing of foreign objects on the field, but also in the riots.
